Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Account Specialist.
Location: Fremont, CA

Position: Japanese Bilingual Accounting Specialist
Salary rate: DOE $28~30/hr
Full time/Direct hire
Job Description:
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
• Distributes signed checks as required
• Prepares garnishment checks per reports from payroll
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Assist the Supervisor to supervise the accounting procedures of the company
Qualification:
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting preferred
