Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license from the Department of Health (CCC required)
- Prior experience delivering speech services in a school setting preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple school sites as assigned
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Up-to-date or verifiable fingerprints with the AHCA Clearinghouse
- Commitment to completing time-sensitive credentialing steps, including JLA badge process
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseload of students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Participate in student meetings, IEP development, and progress reviews
- Manage a flexible workload aligned with district and program needs
You'll enjoy the ability to select from a range of campuses and age groups, with schedules such as Monday-Thursday shifts—elementary (8:00 AM-3:00 PM), secondary (7:30 AM-1:00 PM), and specialized placements at select schools.
