Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current, active FL Speech-Language Pathologist license (Department of Health)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Comfortable working with elementary, secondary, or PreK-12 caseloads
- Not open to SLPA or Clinical Fellows at this time
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and collaborating with educators and families
- Fast adaptability and strong communication skills
- Fingerprint clearance (previous prints may be validated)
- Availability for internal eligibility and video interviews
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech/language services to students onsite
- Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Maintain clear session records and provide updates to stakeholders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Manage a diverse caseload at one or more district locations
- Elementary schedules: Mon-Thurs, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or similar by site
- Secondary/other campus schedules: Mon-Thurs, 7:30 AM–1:00 PM, with some slight site-based variations
