Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple locations throughout the district offer flexible placement options to suit your preferences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current, active FL Speech-Language Pathologist license (Department of Health)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Comfortable working with elementary, secondary, or PreK-12 caseloads
  • Not open to SLPA or Clinical Fellows at this time
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and collaborating with educators and families
  • Fast adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Fingerprint clearance (previous prints may be validated)
  • Availability for internal eligibility and video interviews

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based speech/language services to students onsite
  • Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams for student success
  • Maintain clear session records and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Manage a diverse caseload at one or more district locations
  • Elementary schedules: Mon-Thurs, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or similar by site
  • Secondary/other campus schedules: Mon-Thurs, 7:30 AM–1:00 PM, with some slight site-based variations
