Your Challenge

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high‑speed manufacturing equipment to keep production on target.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and large fuel distribution systems.
• Apply skills across bulk material transfer, processing, packaging, and facilities/utilities to elevate uptime.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and all plant safety rules; maintain a spotless, organized work area.
• Leverage plant computer systems for documentation and technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with high‑performance teammates to implement smart, lasting improvements.

What It Takes

• High school diploma/GED required; technical/trade school or apprenticeship a plus.
• 2–5 years as a maintenance mechanic or millwright in a manufacturing setting; high‑speed line experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work safely across all levels of power voltage.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and large fuel distribution systems.
• Team‑first approach and comfort using computers for documentation and diagnostics.

Physical Realities & Environment

Expect variable temperatures and dust particulates on the production floor. You’ll spend long periods standing and walking, with frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and crouching to service, troubleshoot, and clean equipment. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 60 lbs of materials — including film, tin tie rolls, and valves — is required. Work occurs in a manufacturing plant with moving mechanical parts, and exposure to high noise, dusts, heat, cold, and fumes from chemicals used in flavorings.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly role with overtime eligibility and double time on extended shifts.
