Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and proper placement.
• Support the delivery driver in route driving, navigation, and timely arrivals at customer locations.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture items, utilizing appropriate techniques to prevent damage or injury.
• Help with the setup, assembly, and placement of furniture in clients’ homes or offices according to specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns during delivery.
• Maintain safety standards throughout all activities, including proper load securing and adherence to traffic laws during route driving.
• Keep the truck and job site clean and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in furniture delivery or moving is strongly preferred.
• Verifiable employment history and/or professional references (required)
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test (required)
• Ability to lift heavy furniture items (50+ lbs) repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures.
• Comfortable working up to 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse
• Tuesday to Saturday Schedule
