As a Chem Weigh Material Handler, you’ll play an essential role in the flow of materials throughout our facilities, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. Your focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance will directly support the production of high-quality products and the overall success of our operations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay
- Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $19.00
- Shift Differential: $0.75/hr - $2.00/hr, depending on shift and location

What You’ll Do:
- Operate forklift trucks to load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely
- Prepare materials for identification, sampling, and warehouse storage
- Apply bar code ticketing to all materials following established procedures
- Verify, count, and inventory materials with accuracy
- Maintain and update material locations using the Bar Code Inventory System and Intermec PC unit
- Ensure proper daily maintenance and care of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and industrial machinery
- Stretch wrap pallets of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in accordance with cGMP and FDA regulations
- Adhere to all department and company SOPs as well as safety rules and regulations
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift operator’s license required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic math skills to count and reconcile materials
- Ability to read and interpret instructional signs and warning placards
- Experience with trailer loading/unloading and truck dock operations
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Conscientious, hardworking, and detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work different shifts, hours, and overtime on short notice
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, sustaining one hour of strenuous activity, and working on feet or stand-up truck for most of the shift
- Ability to move containers on and off pallets and maintain peripheral and color vision for safe operations
