Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Washington State Department of Health SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Washington State SLP ESA credential
- Valid WA State Driver’s License or demonstrated mobility
- Completion of fingerprinting, WSP and FBI background clearance, and sexual misconduct clearance
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Attend school meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
