Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all bookkeeping and accounts receivable functions
- Payroll processing and coordination with third payroll processor
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
- Manage credit card and employee expense reimbursement
- Process daily expense checks
- Process daily cash receipts, prepare and deliver deposits to bank
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Coordinate bank wire transactions
- Coordination of employee insurance, 401(k), and PTO
- Serve as backup to billing manager
- Maintain information to be provided to firm's accountant
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Associate degree in bookkeeping/accounting is desirable
- Must have experience with JURIS and Microsoft applications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and manner
