Customer service representative/ technical support

Job DescriptionZing Recruiting has partnered with a top client within the office services and technology industry to fill a customer service representative/ technical support in PA 19122.
Shift: 8am-5pm
Monday through Friday
Pay: $24-$26 BOE
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service environment, experience with Service
- Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
- Good customer service and communication skills
Main Responsibilities
- perform daily maintenance and basic break-fix services on a fleet of print devices, including Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, and HP models.
- Hands-on experience with replacing consumables and maintenance components such as rollers, fusers, and maintenance kits.
- Perform routine maintenance on printers
- Replace worn components including rollers, fusers, and maintenance kits
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot basic hardware issues
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts
- Ensure devices are clean, operational, and stocked with necessary supplies
