Job Summary

Walker Tape is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategy, brand presentation, and campaign execution across digital, print, and retail channels.


This role bridges the gap between product, marketing, and creative, ensuring our products are effectively positioned, promoted, and presented to customers around the world. Youll manage a small but talented team, including a Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist, and collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who enjoys balancing creativity with analytics. You understand how to tell a compelling product story, optimize digital performance, and maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint.



Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Brand & Content Management

  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Oversee production of product catalogs, packaging, labels, and print materials.
  • Manage website content updates, landing pages, and promotional assets to enhance user experience and conversion.
  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to develop engaging content for digital, social, and retail channels.


Digital & Social Marketing

  • Guide creative direction and strategy for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Oversee content creation for social commerce (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) and other emerging channels.
  • Collaborate on paid advertising strategies to drive traffic and conversions.



Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small creative team (Graphic Designer and Creative Strategist).
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the marketing department.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and company goals.



Qualifications
Required:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including 12 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media, and website management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing cross-functional projects.



Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer goods, beauty, haircare, or health-related industries.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or SuiteCommerce.
  • Knowledge of social commerce platforms and short-form video trends.
