Commercial Property Maintenance Company that has been in business in Southern AZ for over 30 years. We now have over 50 employees and are expanding. We are looking for the right candidate to assist with hiring, onboarding, placing ads on multiple platforms, manage prior applicants list, vetting (work history, background checks, etc.), initial phone interviews, setting up interviews. This person will also be responsible for employee newsletter and signage, training recommendations, employee appreciation and organizing company events.
Requirements: Bilingual, High School Diploma, computer skills (word, excel, email, social media), outgoing personality, able to talk to people, reliable transportation.
