Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Seeking Production Associate II – Loader candidates with experience. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure products meet quality specifications for weight, color, topping, and decoration.

Discard or recycle non-compliant products.

Keep up with the speed and flow of the production line.

Pack, label, stack, and palletize finished products into shipping boxes.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workstations.

Provide support across departments and backup Machine Operators when needed.

Operate motorized pallet jack (certification required or provided onsite).

Adhere to all GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred OR 3-6 months relevant manufacturing experience.

Proficient in basic production and general laborer tasks.
