A large financial corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in their compliance department. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Pay starts at $17. Any previous call center customer service experience is welcomed. Once perm pay increases and excellent benefits will be offered. In this role you will do the following tasks:
- Processing and investigating disputes
- Research and follow-up on findings
- Liaison between the customer and vendor
- respond to credit bureau disputes
- Talk to customers to gather pertinent information and document into database system.
- other administrative responsibilities associated with the compliance department
