Position Overview
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering a high level of service to customers in a retail shipping and print environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
-
Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
-
Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
-
Support customers in person, by phone, and via email
-
Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
-
Open and close the center cash register and operating systems
-
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies
-
Ensure the center is maintained according to company standards
-
Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and courier vendors
-
Sort and distribute mail into private mailboxes
-
Manage and organize virtual mail tasks
-
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
-
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-
Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate
-
Generate sales leads from inbound and outbound calls
-
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
-
Document customer interactions and update account records
-
Process returns, refunds, and provide tracking information
-
Follow all customer service policies and procedures
-
Focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
Shift Schedule
-
Day Shift: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
-
Days: Monday Saturday
-
Saturday Shift- 9:00AM-5:00PM
-
Flexibility required; hours and days may vary

Must be able to work weekends ( Saturday's)
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Previous retail or customer service experience
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Valid drivers license and ability to operate a vehicle
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic computer systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-
Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
-
Ability to lift at least 5 lbs.
-
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen for THC/Marijuana and background check
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States
