Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive assistant to help the owner of Blue Water Pet Care with day-to-day business tasks. This is a behind-the-scenes position—no direct client or pet handling—and you'll be working in-person at our facility with a private office space provided.
If you’re the kind of person who loves to keep things organized, takes initiative, and enjoys helping things run smoothly, this is a great fit.
What You'll Help With:
- Organizing receipts, paperwork, and office space
- Managing bills and tracking payments
- Communicating with our off-site bookkeeper
- Assisting with simple project-based tasks like writing or updating policies
- Supporting other admin needs as they come up—this role will evolve based on your strengths

- Enjoy working independently and figuring things out
- Communicate clearly and follow through on tasks
- Are comfortable working in a small business setting where things change day to day
