Meriden Family Dental is expanding, and we are seeking a caring, motivated, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and maintain a welcoming environment
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and enter patient information
• Assist with treatment plan coordination
• Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
