Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This role is situated in Clinton Township, MI, and focuses on providing remote speech and language support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy sessions through telepractice platforms.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, treatment plans, and student outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and technologies related to telespeech therapy.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience in delivering speech-language services through telespeech or telepractice methods.
- Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language disorders and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students remotely.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently within a virtual platform.
