Nexus Employment is adding dependable team members to support multiple warehouse and production facilities across Northwest Indiana. If you want steady work, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to grow, this role is built for you.

What a day can look like

You arrive to a clean, safety-first environment and jump in where the team needs you most. One hour you’re packaging and labeling items moving down the line; the next, you’re inspecting products for quality and moving light packages to the right area. Throughout the shift, you help keep work areas organized and support general warehouse and production tasks so everything runs smoothly.

Pay & schedule

• Pay: $13.00 – $16.50 per hour
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift available
• Pay frequency: Weekly

• Package and label products on a production line
• Inspect products for quality
• Lift and move light packages
• Assist with warehouse and production tasks
