What youll be doing:

• Providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including assessments, functional analyses, behavior intervention planning, and adaptive skill development

• Supervising and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborating with families and other providers to integrate effective interventions within individual plans (IEPs, ISPs, etc.)

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accreditation standards

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Masters degree and current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Minimum 5 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including assessment and behavior intervention

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration, training, and documentation

• Experience supervising and training RBTs or related clinical staff

• Thorough understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, state, federal laws)
