This role offers a supportive environment where youll coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis services, oversee assessments, design intervention plans, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

What youll be doing:
- Providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including assessments, functional analyses, behavior intervention planning, and adaptive skill development
- Supervising and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborating with families and other providers to integrate effective interventions within individual plans (IEPs, ISPs, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accreditation standards
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and reports
Requirements:
- Masters degree and current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including assessment and behavior intervention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration, training, and documentation
- Experience supervising and training RBTs or related clinical staff
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, state, federal laws)
