Location: Minneapolis, MN
Wage: $30 - $35/hr., depending on experience
Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Occasional overtime on rare Saturdays

Duties of the CNC fabricator / quality specialist:
- Operate CNC-driven equipment to manufacture components
- Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures for precise inspection
- Perform shop math for accurate production
- Bend and form metal parts to meet blueprints/specs
- Document and improve fabrication and inspection processes
- Oversee quality assurance throughout production
- Train new team members and support skill development
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements of the CNC fabricator / quality specialist:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or metal manufacturing
- Experience writing or improving work processes
- Strong understanding of blueprints and measuring tools
- Solid, consistent work history
- Ability to pass a tape measure test during interview
- Pass a national background check
