The Behavioral Therapist plays a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, focusing on behavioral assessment, intervention, and data-driven care. This role involves regular communication with client families and may require occasional local travel for client visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to evaluate client needs
- Implement ABA therapy techniques tailored to individual clients
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
- Maintain regular communication with client families to support therapy goals
- Travel locally as needed to provide in-home or community-based services
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in behavioral therapy
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Familiarity with behavior intervention techniques
