Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and repair maintenance on a variety of equipment and facilities. This role involves working with production equipment, facility equipment, and maintaining buildings and grounds. You will utilize appropriate documents and tools to ensure optimal functionality of all machinery and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, predictive, and repair maintenance on production and facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.
  • Aid in the installation or relocation of equipment.
  • Work any shift, including weekends, shutdowns, and overtime as needed.
  • Conduct other reasonable manufacturing duties as assigned.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a team environment.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using a Multi-Meter, Oscilloscope, and other electrical measuring devices.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and diagrams.
  • Experience with welding tools, including mig, arc, gas braze, and diagnostic equipment.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance/systems.
  • Experience with welding equipment, such as acetylene torch, stick, and mig.
  • Computer literacy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with rigging.
  • Familiarity with Siemens PLC.
  • CNC experience.
  • PLC automation skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
