An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide Speech-Language Pathology services in a dynamic K-12 educational setting located in Hobbs, NM. This contract position spans the academic year, serving students across one to two school buildings with a varied caseload.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and therapy models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage varying caseloads effectively
• Familiarity with therapy-related technology and documentation systems

Location:

• Hobbs, NM

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with support staff, including ASLs, to ensure comprehensive service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
