Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lathe Machinist to join our team and supervise a group of 30-35 CNC Machinists, Operators, and personnel. This position requires overseeing operations on the third shift, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production process.
- Supervise and manage a team of 30-35 CNC Machinists, Operators, and personnel during the third shift.
- Oversee the operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with the operations supervisor to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Ensure the safety and productivity of the team.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in operations.
- Experience in CNC Machining.
- Strong skills in supervision and operations management.

Work Environment
The work environment is temperature-controlled and well-lit, with machines organized efficiently to facilitate a smooth workflow. The shifts are from 3-11 pm and 11 pm - 7 am, providing a consistent schedule for our team.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Spring Lake, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
There are two different medical plans to choose from. They have medical, dental and vision coverage. You are eligible for the benefits after 30 days on assignment

This is a fully onsite position in Spring Lake,MI.
