Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate purchase orders in ERP systems (e.g., Encore, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Track and resolve outstanding procurement-related accounting issues.
- Conduct research and analysis; generate reports for the Purchasing Manager and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation in a highly regulated business environment.
- Support internal teams with timely communication and reporting via email and shared systems.
- Research proof of deliveries using internal software tools.
- Contact suppliers following standard procedures to expedite open orders.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1+ years’ experience in purchasing preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Projects is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
