Kitchen Manager – Family-Friendly Pizza Restaurant
A well-established, family-oriented restaurant group is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at our Wentzville, MO location. This is a full-time leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing the kitchen team, driving consistency and efficiency, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a top-quality dining experience.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven leadership skills, and takes pride in building strong teams.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from food prep to service execution.
- Lead, train, and mentor BOH staff, promoting a positive team culture.
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Enforce health, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest service.
- Monitor labor, food costs, and waste to meet financial goals.
- Be present and hands-on during peak service periods.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $17/hour
- Hours: 50–55 per week
- Estimated Annual Pay: $48,000–$56,000 (plus bonus potential)

- Previous kitchen or BOH management experience in full-service or fast-casual dining
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
