This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint to support administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain job descriptions and templates with accuracy and precision.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and SharePoint to perform administrative tasks effectively.
• Provide general office support, including data entry and document management.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with office-related inquiries.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence.
• Validate parking arrangements and manage related documentation.
• Ensure all work adheres to business standards.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Office 365.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
