Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality throughout assigned shift

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and finished parts

• Use advanced measurement tools (digital height gauges, CMM, drop gauges, etc.)

• Approve/reject materials and finished goods based on specifications

• Record inspection results and enter data into quality systems

• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to maintain high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in quality control or similar role in manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Proficiency with measurement tools and quality documentation

• Skilled in MS Office and quality software systems

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
