What You’ll Do

• Generate and close sales revenue for exterior home improvement projects, including kitchen and bath remodeling.
• Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and present tailored design concepts and solutions.
• Guide clients through the remodeling or home improvement process, ensuring a seamless transition to the production team.
• Collaborate with project managers and an experienced, supportive sales team to maximize performance.
• Manage multiple projects with creativity and precision.
• Follow a structured and proven sales process designed for efficiency and success.

What We Look For

• Minimum of 2 years of in-home sales experience (required).
• Expertise in kitchen, bath, tile, or flooring sales (preferred).
• Proficiency in 20/20 Design software (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong self-motivation with a go-getter mentality and ability to generate leads.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive drive, strong organizational skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Valid driver’s license required.
