Devereux is hiring a Lifeguard to work afternoons and weekends!
As a Lifeguard you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer an environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused.
Every day as a Lifeguard you will....
- Provide supervision of swimming recreation programming for students
- Provide quality direction and supervision, evaluation, training and support of staff, visitors and guest involved in pool activities
- Ensure the students are safe while at the pool
You will be offered:
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour (flat rate)
- Schedule: Availability to work "after-school" hours (4pm -8pm) during the week
- Must be able to work at least 1 day (Saturday or Sunday) every weekend from 10am to 6pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day

The School for Integrated Learning is licensed to serve students in grades K-12 who have been identified with the following primary disabilities: behavioral and cognitive differences, autism, intellectual disabilities and speech and language impairments.
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
