The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to multiple departments and the executive team by independently managing administrative tasks with full authority. This role ensures efficient office coordination, manages confidential information with discretion, and supports executive operations including calendar and travel management.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executives and departments
- Coordinate occasional travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare materials and logistics for meetings and events
- Handle document management and confidential information securely
- Process expense reports accurately and timely
- Plan and coordinate office events as needed
- Perform accurate data entry and office coordination tasks
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications
- Manage relationships with external vendors on an occasional basis
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Strong effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
