What you’ll be doing…
- Leading educational quality and modeling best practices across the school
- Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences
- Partnering with the School Manager to deliver exceptional education and family experience
- Overseeing child protection, safety, compliance, and educational standards
- Supporting daily planning, ratios, and classroom organization
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Stepping into leadership when needed to ensure continuity and high standards
You should have…
- Experience in an early childhood leadership role
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and licensing requirements
- A passion for educator development and instructional coaching
- Confidence supporting quality, compliance, and school-wide standards
- A calm, organized, and values-led leadership style
- Excitement about joining a growing organization on its U.S. journey
