The Registered Nurse - Oncology role involves delivering specialized nursing care to patients with cancer during weekend night shifts. Candidates must possess a valid RN license and BLS certification, with prior experience in a hospital or specialty setting being highly desirable. Position Details:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology
Location: Our Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Weekend Option (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), Full-Time | 36 hours/week
Weekend Option Differential: $20.00/hr. - This differential applies from 0700 Friday morning until 0700 Monday morning.
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Sign-On Bonus:

Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000

New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following:

Associate Degree in Nursing

Nursing Diploma
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or have compact licensure, in accordance with state nursing board regulations.
Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the unit.
Certifications:

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: BSN is preferred

Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications are preferred

Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift

Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform nursing duties
