This full-time contract opportunity places you in a supportive role, providing essential 1:1 assistance for a high school student attending a vocational and technical school. You'll make a meaningful impact each day by helping the student thrive both on campus and during transportation.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or supporting students in an educational environment
• Ability to build rapport and provide effective support to high school students
• Willingness and capability to provide hands-on assistance with organization, lockers, books, and other daily needs
• Must be comfortable riding the bus with the student to and from school (transportation involved)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 35 hours per week (contract running from August 25, 2026, to June 4, 2027)
• Serve as a one-on-one aide for a high school student, offering assistance throughout the school day at a vocational/tech school setting
• Support the student with organizational tasks, carrying books, using the locker, and managing class materials
• Arrive at the high school and accompany the student on the bus to and from the vocational school (exact commute times will be confirmed)
• Collaborate with teaching staff and school personnel to ensure seamless support for the student’s unique needs
