Our client's company is a leading national house plan designer based in Northeast Arkansas! We work directly with both home builders and consumers, offering over 20 distinct home plan styles in a wide range of sizes to fit every customer's needs. As our digital footprint continues to grow, we're expanding our marketing and advertising team to help showcase our innovative designs and connect with audiences nationwide.
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to oversee our day-to-day marketing operations and lead our growing digital presence. This role works closely with our Sales Team to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email marketing, content creation, social media management, web development, SEO, and more. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong design skills, marketing experience, and a passion for storytelling through digital platforms.
This position is an in-person only position in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

Manage content across all social media platforms and ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate with the Sales Team to support promotional initiatives and new product launches.

Create and edit graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Oversee website content updates, product listings, and ongoing web development projects.

Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns and mass communications.

Track key performance metrics and report results to leadership.

Support SEO efforts to increase traffic and visibility for NelsonDesignGroup.com.

Contribute ideas for new marketing strategies and creative brand growth.
Job Skills & Requirements:
Must Have:

2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales
-
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

1-2 years of social media marketing experience

Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities

Proven graphic design experience
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Shopify
-
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot)

Strong SEO knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools

Experience in videography and photography

Basic data entry and content management skills
