Adecco is hiring immediately for a Material Handler at a local client in South Charleston, WV. Material Handlers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $16.00-$16.75/hr. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in keeping operations moving by safely operating material-handling equipment, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and supporting team performance goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 3+ years’ previous material handling experience

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Understanding of computer application relating to inventory control: SAP preferred

  • Strong manual dexterity

  • Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $16.75 per hour
