Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is looking for aResidential Plumbing Managerto join our team. As a Plumbing Manager, you will oversee our Residential Plumbing Drain, Plumbing Install, and Plumbing Service departments. You will ensure that our customers receive service that exhibits our core values and stands behind our Happiness Guarantee. You will train and enforce processes that foster excellent customer communications and execute the perfect service call process. The Plumbing Manager will be the direct contact and support system for these departments.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of Residential Plumbing Experience
- 3-5 Years of Leadership/Management Experience
- Knowledge of Plumbing Equipment, Components, and Diagnostics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
- Exhibit a Strong Commitment to Dependability & Reliability
- Excellent Listening, Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Create HAPPY Customer Experiences with Your Professional & Positive Attitude
- Ability to Pass a Background Screening
- Valid and Current Driver's License
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Plumbing technologies and trends and train staff on new systems, tools, and techniques to enhance their skills.
- Coordinate with the Dispatcher to assign work orders and ensure proper distribution of tasks.
- Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to safety standards, and conduct quarterly performance evaluations.
- Manage any personnel-related issues and provide support for problem-solving.
- Maintain communication with customers, addressing their concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide recommendations to customers on system upgrades or improvements.
- Schedule and prioritize service appointments to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure the Plumbing team adheres to safety regulations, policies, procedures and practices to minimize risks.
- Monitor stock levels of plumbing parts and tools.
- Manage the Plumbing department's budget.
