Position Overview
The Sales Specialist at Naifeh Fine Jewelry plays a pivotal role in implementing and
advancing the stores sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on client relationship
management. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach to building and
maintaining a personal portfolio of clients. As a responsible, results-oriented, and highly
motivated member of the sales team, the Sales Specialist reports directly to the Sales
Manager and assumes full responsibility for all sales activities. These include providing
tailored product solutions to customers and guiding them through every stage of the
purchasing process. Upholding the ideals and standards of Naifeh Fine Jewelry, the
Sales Specialist consistently aims to achieve all sales targets and deliver an exceptional
customer experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and foster
strong client engagement.
- Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio, focusing on building lasting
relationships with high-value clients.
- Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming environment in the store.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information
and recommendations to customers.
- Initiate, facilitate, and close merchandise sales to consistently meet or exceed
established sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a superior shopping experience to attract
and retain clients.
- Document sales activities by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Process payments efficiently, including checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to proactively identify opportunities to offer
products and enhance the shopping experience.
- Keep clients informed about preferred customer sales and upcoming merchandise
that may be of interest.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving related results.
- Understand and apply store policies and procedures to process transactions and
resolve customer service issues effectively.
- Perform store setup and closing operations, including securing jewelry in the store
safe and arranging displays.
- Carry out basic store maintenance and merchandising tasks to ensure the store
remains clean, safe, and inviting.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager to
support store sales and operations.

The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Sales Manager and participates in regular
meetings with the store staff, Sales Manager, and occasionally the store owners.
Supervision Exercised
This position does not directly supervise other employees.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often exceeding six hours per shift.
- Capacity to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, such as inventory, supplies, or
event materials.
- Manual dexterity for handling and presenting jewelry items with care and accuracy.
- Keen visual acuity to inspect fine jewelry and maintain display standards.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and bend to organize and restock merchandise or maintain
the showrooms appearance.
- Flexibility to work on-site in a dynamic retail setting, including weekends and
holidays as needed.
