A specialized opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings, located in Hayward, CA. This position serves students in grades K-12, managing a caseload of approximately 45-55 students. The role begins January 5th and extends through the end of the school year, with potential for renewal into the following year.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in California.
• Prior experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively across diverse grade levels.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to support K-12 students functional performance and educational goals.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapeutic interventions within the educational environment.
• Manage a caseload of 45-55 students, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and school policies.

Position Details:

• Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week.
