Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Invoicing & Collections
Full-Time | Office Position
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer communication, invoicing, and collections while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
- Create and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Process payments and apply them correctly
- Follow up on past-due accounts and manage collections
- Maintain customer account records and notes
- Coordinate with office staff and technicians to ensure accurate billing
- Resolve billing questions and discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service or office experience
- Experience with invoicing and collections preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable discussing payments and past-due balances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Positive attitude and team player
- Familiar with Service Titan is a plus
