Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Invoicing & Collections

Full-Time | Office Position

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer communication, invoicing, and collections while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
  • Create and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
  • Process payments and apply them correctly
  • Follow up on past-due accounts and manage collections
  • Maintain customer account records and notes
  • Coordinate with office staff and technicians to ensure accurate billing
  • Resolve billing questions and discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience
  • Experience with invoicing and collections preferred
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable discussing payments and past-due balances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Familiar with Service Titan is a plus
