Must be self-sufficient with ability to identify problems before they arise, resolve problems when they come up and bring matters to positive resolutions.
Extensive knowledge of residential construction is a must:
Site work
Foundations
Framing
Mechanical Systems
Building Envelope
Carpentry
Finish Work
Punch Lists
This is an in field position. We expect projects to be on schedule. Within budget and completed as they were presented to the client
In addition to the aforementioned skills, good communication is paramount. You'll be interacting with clients and the owner, professionalism should be at the forefront of every conversation. REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to read architectural plans Basic computer skills
Clean Driving record. Minimum 5 yrs. of Residential Construction Experience
Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed.
