We are seeking a dedicated Painter to join our team. This role involves painting small valves in a repetitive manufacturing environment. We value reliability and a proven good attendance history. If you are reliable and demonstrate capability, there are opportunities for training in additional duties.
Responsibilities
- Paint small valves in a manufacturing setting.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent application of paint.
- Maintain equipment and tools used for painting.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Essential Skills
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Strong math skills.
- Proven good attendance history.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in labor, paint, production, forklift operation, assembly, warehouse, and manufacturing.
- No specific qualifications are required for this position.

Work Environment
This position is located in a heat treat plant, which is a very hot and dirty environment. The painting area is air-conditioned for your comfort. You are required to wear steel-toed safety boots, and we provide safety glasses. The rest of the plant is very hot, so be prepared for varying temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
