We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Heavy Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing heavy parts and components used in production, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble heavy parts, components, or products according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment as needed for assembly tasks.

• Lift, position, and secure materials or parts weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift.

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and safety guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures in a non-climate-controlled environment (exposed to seasonal temperatures).

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment safely.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
