Your Role as a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist
As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA, you will:
- Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
- Develop and deliver personalized care plans for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
- Objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software.
- Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
- Pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
- Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance skills and foster a positive clinic culture.
What You’ll Need
- A degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- A passion for learning, growth, and making a meaningful impact.
