Salary Range: $55-$70 (negotiable based on experience)

Sign-On or Relocation Incentive: Up to $12,000 for full-time positions, $5,000 for part-time, along with opportunities for production bonuses!

Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist

In this essential role, you will:

  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care to each patient
  • Administer direct patient services, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
  • Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices
  • Evaluate dental conditions and review patients' medical histories
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Guide patients and their families through the treatment journey
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as necessary
  • Take x-rays and ensure they are properly documented in patient records
  • Create positive patient experiences through empathy and care

Qualifications

To be a part of our team, you should possess:

  • A current and valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire)
