Salary Range: $55-$70 (negotiable based on experience)
Sign-On or Relocation Incentive: Up to $12,000 for full-time positions, $5,000 for part-time, along with opportunities for production bonuses!

Your Responsibilities as a Dental Hygienist
In this essential role, you will:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to each patient
- Administer direct patient services, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices
- Evaluate dental conditions and review patients' medical histories
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Guide patients and their families through the treatment journey
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as necessary
- Take x-rays and ensure they are properly documented in patient records
- Create positive patient experiences through empathy and care
Qualifications
To be a part of our team, you should possess:
- A current and valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire)
