Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals and various business entities. This position aims to ensure compliance with tax regulations while providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C-Corporations, and S-Corporations.
- Assist in the preparation of individual tax returns for high net worth individuals (HNWI).
- Research tax issues and provide guidance on tax compliance and planning strategies.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients and develop effective tax strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address any inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to partnerships, C-Corps, S-Corps, and individual returns.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
