Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist – BMT/Oncology to support both outpatient cancer care services and inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)/Oncology units. This role provides advanced clinical pharmacy services for patients undergoing hematology, oncology, stem cell transplant, biotherapy, and immune effector cellular therapies.
The Clinical Pharmacist serves as a subject-matter expert within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary care model and is empowered with significant clinical autonomy to make independent, evidence-based pharmacotherapy decisions.
Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program

Active and unrestricted Nevada Pharmacist License

Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)

Completion of PGY2 Residency in Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant
OR
Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience -
Demonstrated experience working in a BMT/Oncology clinical setting under a collaborative practice agreement
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to BMT and Oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes

Develop, implement, and maintain oncology-related order sets, treatment protocols, and clinical guidelines

Manage and coordinate chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens, including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants

Support advanced cellular therapies, including CAR T-cell and BiTE therapies

Conduct therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic evaluations

Provide patient education and medication counseling

Participate in research initiatives, quality improvement projects, and evidence-based practice efforts

Serve on interdisciplinary committees and contribute to clinical program development

Verify medication orders, support distribution processes, and document clinical interventions
