Job DescriptionSalary: $15.00-$17.00 an hour
Do you love nurturing, teaching, and caring for the youngest learners? We are seeking a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team.
What Youll Do:
- Support lead teachers in providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining clean, organized classrooms.
- Engage babies in age-appropriate activities that support their growth and development.
- Communicate daily with families and work collaboratively with staff.

Qualifications
Minimum:
A high school diploma and one year experience working with children in a childcare setting.
Preferred:
A current CDA (Child Development Associate) or one-year Early Childhood certificate program.
- Experience working with infants
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Dependability, patience, and a caring nature.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Physical requirements:
The essential physical requirements for this job include being able to bend, stoop, reach, sit on the floor and rise from the floor without adult assistance and be able to lift 30 pounds.
Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:15am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday. This is a full-time position.
*Pay is based on experience
Position Details:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, day shift (no nights or weekends).
- Pay Range: $15.50$17.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
