Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs related to manufacturing products
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes or terminology
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings or specifications
  • Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Manufacturing basics)
  • Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to the company's supply chain or customer base
