We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician. You will travel extensively to each location. You will install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly and able to pass inspections. We work specifically on new manufactured homes, so you must know how to work with small and large HVAC equipment. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of professional HVAC repair experience and can work independently as well as within a team.
HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Extensive travel is required with overnights mandatory
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in new Manufactured homes
- Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
Must be capable of installing multiple types of units mini split , split systems and
package systems
HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship
- Current state HVAC technician license and willing to get licensed in multiple states
- Certification 608 through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants as required
- Proficient with manual and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Reliable and able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated and do whatever is asked by the team. Extensive travel
